Performance Foodservice is seeking a Shuttle Driver for Sunday through Thursday nights, starting 6pm until finish. You will transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, following DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Requires CDL A with Doubles endorsement and 21+ years old. You’ll perform safety checks, paperwork, driving duties, and handling of freight up to 90 pounds, in a team-oriented environment with competitive pay and benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year or more commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Willing to work 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday nights.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain.
• Able to lift 60–90 lbs and handle equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues or needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Ensure route paperwork is available at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers per schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures safely.
• Park and store tractor trailers in designated areas.
• Lock and secure equipment and freight.
• Secure damaged goods and returns for return to base.
• Unload equipment and remove trailer trash as required.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in tractor and dock area.
