Performance Foodservice is seeking a Shuttle Driver to support our distribution network. You will transport empty trailers to Operating Company warehouses, then turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations, handling a range of products in a safe and timely manner.

A strong focus on DOT compliance, safety inspections, and accurate hours-of-service records is required. The role features a 3rd shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday with dispatch windows between 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Operate tractor/trailer in intrastate and interstate routes.
• Transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards.
• Perform safety checks and DOT-compliant inspections.
• Maintain accurate log of hours of service per DOT and company rules.
• Ensure cargo is secured and paperwork is complete.
• Unload, move, and secure freight as required.
• Adhere to scheduled dispatch and route guidelines.
