Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver for a 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, with home daily. You will transport empty trailers to warehouses and deliver full loads while adhering to DOT regulations and safety checks.

Requirements include a valid CDL-A with Doubles Endorsement, at least 6 months of driving, and a clean MVR. Schedule may vary; benefits begin on day one and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety checks and DOT regulations for tractor/trailer.
• Drives and delivers trailers on scheduled routes.
• Inspects equipment and secures freight prior to departure.
• Maintains route paperwork and hours-of-service logs.
• Communicates with customers and co-workers professionally.
