Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our dedicated team in Lone Tree, CO. This full-time role operates Thu-Sat, 6p-6a, providing personal care and support to residents according to the care plan.

You will assist with daily activities, housekeeping, laundry, and participation in life enrichment programs while promoting independence and maintaining infection control and residents' confidentiality. CNA/HHA and CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, residents, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living according to care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks following established procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and consider residents' personal and spiritual needs.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to supervisors and other departments.
• Respond to pendant/wearable calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality of resident information.
