Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. This full-time night shift (Thu-Sat, 6pm-6am) focuses on assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living, following the care plan.

You will perform light housekeeping, laundry, and participate in shift reports, while promoting independence and dignity. Training and state-required certifications are encouraged; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Medication Assistance license/certification preferred per state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Complete state and Experience Senior Living training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks according to procedures.
• Handle laundry duties and participate in shift reports.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and promote independence.
• Provide encouragement and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to supervisors and other departments.
• Respond to pendant/wearable calls promptly and follow infection control practices.
