Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join their team in Lone Tree, CO. This full-time role runs Thursday to Saturday, 6pm–6am, providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities.

You will perform housekeeping, laundry, and support care plans while prioritizing resident needs, promoting independence, and maintaining confidentiality. Training and benefits are provided with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Medication Assistance license/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry per standards.
• Review and participate in shift reports and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Support residents in life enrichment programs and promote independence.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights.
