Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our Lone Tree, CO team. You will support residents with personal care, ADLs, and daily living activities, while maintaining dignity and independence.

The role includes light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with life enrichment programs, with a focus on safety, infection control, and timely communication with supervisors and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• AT LEAST CNA/HH A preferred but not required.
• Medication Assistance license per state regulations preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and ADLs as assigned.
• Perform housekeeping duties and laundry as needed.
• Review and participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Support residents in life enrichment programs and activities.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to the Director.
• Respond promptly to pendant/wearable calls and emergencies.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor per policy.
