Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a dedicated Care Partner in Lone Tree, CO to assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, support mobility, and participate in life enrichment programs.

The role runs Thu-Sat, 6pm–6am, with a focus on safety, dignity, and resident choice. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent; CNA/HH A preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred; ability to read and write simple notes; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic notes.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review shift reports and communicate changes in resident needs.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence, dignity, and residents' personal rights.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents promptly.
• Communicate with health/wellness director and other departments as needed.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls promptly.
• Be prepared for emergencies and disasters.
