Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team. This full-time role covers the Thurs-Sat, 6pm–6am shift, providing personal care, daily living assistance, and gentle support to residents as outlined in each service plan.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, shift-reports review, and timely responses to pendant calls, while upholding infection control and residents’ privacy. Training is provided to meet state requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CNA/HHA preferred
• Medication Assistance certificate per state regulations preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per service plan
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Review shift reports and communicate changes to health staff
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs
• Provide encouragement and support to residents and protect privacy of resident information
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents or incidents

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred

License/Certificate for Medication Assistance (per state regulations) preferred

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
