Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a compassionate Care Partner for the Lone Tree, Colorado location. This full-time night shift (Sun–Tue, 6pm–6am) focuses on resident care and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

You will perform housekeeping and laundry, support life enrichment activities, and collaborate with health staff while ensuring privacy and infection control standards. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete state and Experience Senior Living training programs.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in 24 Hour Reports and shift change reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence, personal choices and spiritual needs.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to Health & Wellness Director.
• Report accidents/incidents promptly and maintain residents' confidentiality.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
