Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and personal care, aligned with care plans.

Shifts: Full-Time/Thu-Sat, 6p-6a. Responsibilities include assist residents, housekeeping, laundry, reports, and coordinating with health staff. Must have High School diploma; CNA/Home Health Aide preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Submit and review shift reports and communicate needs.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and engage with them.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety protocols.
