Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Respiratory Supervisor for the Cardiovascular Respiratory Therapy Department in Phoenix, AZ. This role coordinates staff activities, ensures high-quality patient care, and aligns with HonorHealth's pillars of excellence.

The position requires advanced credentials (RRT/RCP, ACLS) and 5+ years clinical experience with leadership. Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Healthcare, Business or Education are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years clinical experience in an acute care facility with lead experience required.
• 7 years clinical experience with 3 years lead experience preferred or 2 years vascular access insertion experience preferred.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Arizona and RRT credential required
• ACLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff within the CV Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Maintain staffing levels and department schedules to meet productivity and program requirements.
• Conduct department huddles and review operations, patient care, and communication needs.
• Ensure sepsis bundle compliance and vascular access support as needed.
• Monitor staff licensure, competencies and certifications and promote safe practices.
• Support department growth initiatives and program enhancements.
