Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to oversee respiratory therapy services and direct patient care. The role requires a BSRC/BSRT and current RRT registry, with BLS and ACLS certifications.

A minimum of 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary activities and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity is preferred. The manager will supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department and coordinate with ancillary services as needed, while supporting education opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC) or BSRT required.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary activities; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversee ancillary services departments (laboratory and radiology) as hospital needs dictate.
