Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time throughput. You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and coordinate with maintenance and HR to optimize performance.

The role requires several years of manufacturing and supervisory experience, with a focus on GMP and food safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in a manufacturing environment offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in manufacturing environment
• 4+ years experience in a supervisory/lead role
• 4+ years experience managing people and projects
• Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals
• Coach and develop team members; coordinate with HR for recruitment and actions
• Review schedules, assign tasks, and ensure BOMs and quality checks are correct
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Prepare shift reports on production, attendance, and downtime
