The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Night Audit Clerk to join our Front Office team. You will conduct precise night audit procedures, greet late‑night arrivals, and ensure a seamless check‑in process while maintaining accurate financial records and guest confidentiality.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a positive, guest‑driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with confidentiality in handling guest information.
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct precise and efficient night audit procedures.
• Greet late-night arrivals and ensure a seamless check-in process.
• Be the go-to person for guests inquiries, delivering top-notch customer service.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain financial records.
• Communicate regularly with the Night Manager and active security guard to assure guest safety and security.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our Front Office team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
• Notify the General Manager of any unusual incidents as instructed or otherwise deemed necessary regarding operations and/or safety and security issues regarding the hotel or guests.
