Job summary

Renaissance Milwaukee West is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight audit process, daily revenue reporting, and verifying front desk transactions for accuracy. They may also assist with late-night guest check-ins and requests.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience.
• Understand basic auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
• Know how to operate front office equipment.
• Experience handling cash and accounting tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check front office records for accuracy and summarize information for financial records.
• Track room revenue, occupancy, and other front office statistics.
• Prepare a daily revenue and cash activity summary.
