Job summary

SpringHill Suites – Madison is seeking a Guest Service Representative for the night audit shift. You will balance daily transactions, process check-ins/outs, and serve as the main contact for guests during overnight hours.

The role offers a starting salary range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. Part-time employment with opportunities for growth and benefits for eligible teammates.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!
