Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis University Area is seeking a guest-focused team member for front desk and overnight duties. You will greet guests, maintain spotless spaces, and help with overnight audits and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow established guidelines while delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to handle pace and pressure in a hotel setting.
• Active listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork with colleagues.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests happily and use their names when possible.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized front and back of house.
• Complete checklists accurately and on time; handover reports timely.
• Support overnight audit processes and security procedures.
• Receive and note incoming mail as required.
• Adapt to varying duties to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
