You will work nights, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or food service) is often required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with using computers and property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling guest complaints calmly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks (phones, reservations, guest assistance) simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out quickly and warmly.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
• Process payments including room charges, deposits, and refunds.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address needs.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities where appropriate.
