Responsibilities include organizing check-ins/outs, processing payments, and coordinating across departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Weekend/holiday availability and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

Front desk experience is preferred.
FOSSE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
Activate and file room keys.
Process all guest requests and relay messages.
Print contingency lists for emergencies.
Resolve outstanding issues from the previous day.
Run and review daily reports/logs.
Explain room features and local amenities to guests.
Complete cashier and closing reports in the system.
Accept wake-up calls and relay to departments.
Count and secure the cash bank at shift start/end.
Process all payments and vouchers; provide change.
Notify Loss Prevention of any theft reports.
Follow policies; report accidents; maintain professional appearance.
Welcome guests and address service needs; assist guests with disabilities.
Communicate clearly; answer phones with proper etiquette.
Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Comply with quality standards.
Stand or move for extended periods.
Lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
