Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hot Springs Embassy Suites. You will work the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins, while keeping the books balanced and reports up to date.

You’ll post revenues, reconcile ledgers, handle guest requests calmly, and maintain secure, confidential records in a quiet lobby environment. This role requires basic accounting knowledge, front desk experience, and reliability for night shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months front desk experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel and property systems.
• Able to work overnight shifts reliably.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (including during late-night hours).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with attention to detail.
• Keep information secure and confidential as the trusted closing team member.
