• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with discretion and accuracy.
• Keep security and confidentiality as a priority in closing daily operations.
