Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a Night Auditor to staff the Front Desk overnight shift (11pm–7am). You will check guests in, provide hotel information, and maintain accurate cash handling and nightly reports.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication, and a friendly, engaging personality. Must be able to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and check in guests, provide information about hotel amenities and local area
• Maintain balance and ensure proper posting of transactions
• Process incidentals and resolve guest issues to exceed expectations
• Generate daily/weekly reports and assist other team members as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
