Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. You will check-in/out guests, verify payments, balance the night, and provide information about local attractions while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work overnight from 11pm to 7am. A high school diploma is required and hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Balance nightly cash and reports, maintaining house bank.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions and hotel services.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and WOW guests.
