Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirming guest details and room rate.
• Assist guests with check-out, handling payments, and processing various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally; resolve issues.
• Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve issues for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, relay messages to guests.
