Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for The Grove West Seattle Inn to oversee nightly operations, handle front desk duties, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation. You will support guests and staff while maintaining security and confidentiality of guest information.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; all shifts include standing and walking responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations and front desk activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Maintain safety and security through property walks and protocols.
• Assist guests, team members, and vendors during shifts.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with departments to communicate updates and changes.
