Highgate is seeking a Guest Services Agent/Night Auditor at Residence Inn Bothell, WA. The role combines front desk reception with night audit duties to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering courteous, attentive service.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience is required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Operate PBX console and maintain hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
