Job summary

ASH Hotels’ historic Seattle property is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure the highest guest experience and accurate nightly reporting. This overnight role will handle end-of-day postings, reconciliations, and reports while supporting Front Office operations with a friendly, proactive approach.

The position runs approximately 11 PM–7 AM, requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays based on occupancy. Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift with roughly 11 PM–7 AM hours.
• Assist guests with check-in, reservations, and billing details.
• Complete end-of-day accounting, postings, and reconciliations.
• Maintain security and safety, monitor cameras and SOP compliance.
• Provide professional, guest-first service and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with checkout and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Run and audit front desk and restaurant reports for accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute daily flash reports to management.
