White Lodging is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join Hotel Trinity in Austin. This overnight role supports front desk operations, balances transactions, and runs nightly audit reports to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred; training available.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in nightly reports.
• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand and move quickly during shifts.
• Ability to handle sensitive guest information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for guests during overnight hours, handling check-in/check-out.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions and perform nightly audit.
• Prepare end-of-night financial summaries for hotel management review.
• Review and explain hotel reports and folios to stakeholders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information.
