Qualifications

• Experience in night audit or front desk operations preferred, but training is available.
• Strong attention to detail in balancing reports and transactions.
• Excellent guest service mindset with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary overnight contact for guests, including check-in/out and special requests
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business day and reconcile cash/credit cards
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management
• Explain hotel reports and folios to guests and team, maintaining data confidentiality
• Ensure security of guest information and hotel data during shifts
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy and resolve issues
