Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight guest contact, handling check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions; perform nightly cash handling and reconciliation.
• Follow hotel accounting procedures and brand standards during audits.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries.
