Colwen Management Inc. is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Night Auditor for an overnight front desk role at the Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks in South Portland, ME. You will balance hotel transactions, close daily records, respond to guest requests, and maintain a neat front desk area.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing registrations, posting charges, and ensuring accurate daily closing reports while upholding Colwen standards and security practices.

Formación

• One year of related hotel experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with local area and ability to provide directions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software
• Ability to learn computer software programs and operate property management system

Responsabilidades

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during all stages of stay
• Post charges to accounts, balance ledgers, and run night audit/daily close
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Ensure check-in and check-out are timely
