Job summary

Sheraton Portland Airport is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join the Front Office team for overnight shifts. You’ll balance daily financial activity, ensure accuracy of guest accounts, and provide courteous service to overnight guests. This role combines guest relations with accounting duties to keep end-of-day processes smooth and secure.

You’ll work on check-ins/outs, balance cash drawers, and generate daily reports, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and friendliness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• People-oriented and able to interact positively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconcile credit cards and submit batches.
• Enter revenue, expenses and allowances into front office system to generate daily reports.
• Perform front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves and late checkouts.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.
