Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Chevy Chase in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations, audit and balance financial transactions, and provide attentive guest service during late hours. The role requires AM/PM and weekend availability to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and acting as Manager on Duty while maintaining high service standards and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit, post, and balance daily room charges and transactions.
• Reconcile cash and credit transactions against revenue reports.
• Manage guest reservations, including new bookings and cancellations.
• Check-in and check-out guests in line with standards.
• Provide guests with information about services and local attractions.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during overnight shift.
