Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Washington, DC. This front desk role supports hotel operations and delivers welcoming, efficient service to guests during night shifts.

You will process arrivals/departures, handle reservations and payments, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records while working with housekeeping and other departments. Night auditors contribute to smooth nightly operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions and guest concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
