• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with departments.
• Notify housekeeping/maintenance of problems.
• Prepare and print required reports.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness.
• Perform cashier duties and post charges.
• Follow security procedures and hotel emergency protocols.
• Finalize daily transactions and related reports.
