Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and manage check-ins and reservations.
• Balance daily transactions and ensure accurate totals.
• Conduct security walks for guest safety.
• Prepare daily reports (Daily Flash Report) for management.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain overnight operations.
• Resolve issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing.
