Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS, and computer; make corrections and adjustments.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; reset the system for next day operations.
• Handle all computer problems during the shift and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Address guest concerns professionally and work with colleagues as a team.
