Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel night audit/overnight associate in Bethesda, MD. The role involves running audit reports, balancing revenues, and resolving system issues during the 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Proficient in basic math and 10-key calculations.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsabilités

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS, and computer; make corrections and adjustments.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; reset the system for next day operations.
• Handle all computer problems during the shift and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Address guest concerns professionally and work with colleagues as a team.
