Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff throughout the hotel.
• Escort guests to their rooms when requested or when circumstances warrant.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols during overnight hours to ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor guest and employee activity and respond to disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in a timely manner and document actions.
