Job summary

MCR is seeking a Night Auditor for Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North to manage overnight audits, reconcile guest accounts, and ensure security and guest satisfaction. You will maintain front desk operations, respond to requests, and prepare daily reports while upholding the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and service.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work night shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced Phoenix hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing fields preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Effective listening and communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Overnight audit management and reporting.
