Job summary

Spire Hospitality, LLC in Detroit seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding service at our downtown hotel. You will assist guests during check-in/out, answer calls, and support the front desk operations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, one year in hotel guest services, and familiarity with accounting basics and MS Office. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as AR/AP and service fees is helpful.
• Basic math skills to prepare financial reporting or summaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service and courtesy to guests; respond promptly to questions and requests.
• Prepare daily revenue and PMS reports; balance and close accounts.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports and ledgers.
• Assist with check-ins/outs and answer phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
