Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Hotel experience required with leadership responsibilities.
• 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related major.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office staff and scheduling to meet occupancy needs.
• Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing as required.
• Oversee VIP reservations and group handling, including amenity orders.
• Resolve guest concerns with discretion and effective solutions.
• Prepare daily payroll, schedules and reports.
• Serve as Manager On Duty during shifts.
