Job summary

Stonebridge in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to manage overnight operations, close out the business day, and provide guest services including check-ins/check-outs. Responsibilities include balancing revenues, performing bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries or assist guests.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping/maintenance to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform nightly bucket checks to ensure hotel standards.
• Maintain security and safety during overnight shifts.
