The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, solid bookkeeping skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency with a property management system is required and independence is essential for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues; perform income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries; provide guest information.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues and ensure security.
