Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Night Auditor in Denver, CO to close out days, balance receipts, and handle guest check-ins/check-outs overnight. Part-time role requiring reliable, detail-oriented individuals capable of using a property management system and basic bookkeeping.

The Night Auditor will greet guests, verify payments, answer inquiries, coordinate with overnight staff, and ensure security during night hours. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using property management systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and perform revenue audits.
• Assist guests with checkout and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and address guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues.
• Conduct nightly bucket checks to ensure standards.
• Support security and safety during overnight shifts.
