Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Balance daily receipts and revenues, conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls promptly and direct inquiries or requests.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance staff.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide guests with information on services and attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
• Perform nightly bucket checks to ensure hotel standards.
• Monitor guest activity and ensure overnight security.
