Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Night Auditor in Denver to balance daily revenues, perform bookkeeping tasks, and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts. You will work with the Front Office and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy of guest accounts in the property management system.

The role requires attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficient bookkeeping basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Comfort with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily receipts and revenues; assist check-ins/outs.
• Verify payments and process authorizations.
• Maintain accurate room and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Answer calls and resolve guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations; manage data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
