The Residence Inn Big Sky / The Wilson Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while performing Guest Service Agent duties.

You will maintain files, update ledgers, prepare daily reports, and audit cashiers, while inputting financial data into the BRAINS network with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and prior night audit or accounting experience; Excel skills and BRAINS system familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Night audit and accounting duties to balance revenue and close daily books.
• Record keeping for room availability and guest accounts, using computer systems.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and operations reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card settlements.
• Input and update financial data into BRAINS.
