Job summary

Level5 Hospitality's Residence Inn Downtown Bozeman is seeking a Night Auditor to balance and report nightly operations. You will audit, close PMS/POS, generate audit reports, and ensure adherence to hotel policies while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, front desk experience, good communication and organizational abilities, weekend/holiday availability, reliable transportation, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Must possess basic computational ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Close PMS and POS systems daily, generate audit reports
• Inform the Front Office Manager or Manager on Duty of any problems
• Operate the front desk overnight with exceptional guest service
• Welcome guests and assign rooms
• Take reservations and answer questions about rates, availability and requests
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Create incident reports when required
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code
