Job summary

Residence Inn | Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. You will audit daily ledgers, perform end-of-day accounting, and ensure accurate guest charges while supporting front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, familiarity with PMS, and a high school diploma or GED. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting or night audit experience.
• Knowledge of the PMS booking system.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Summarize revenues from all accounts receivable (food, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, and guest issue resolution.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for morning staff shift prep.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Ensure lobby is well-maintained, properly lit, with appropriate music.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
